Did not sleep well on account of the BA checking-in procedure being something of an abject failure. We contacted the agent and she assured us we were booked on the flight and everything was OK but she was not surprised about our check-in woes. Quite honestly, sometimes I think I would rather set off four days earlier and try to swim to the US that fly BA. I have rarely had a good experience with them. Long story short, we got checked-in but even the BA chap struggled. It carried on at the gate but eventually we got on board and were sat together. All's well, etc. Except we were two hours late taking off and the worlds favourite airline set the cabin temperature to a few degrees below Baltic.
We landed in Nashville and headed over to the Gaylord Opryland Resort which was great. Got checked in and went straight to bed.
