I like New Year. Christmas, for me, is the age old question of , 'Do you spend it with the family or do you enjoy yourself?' Inevitably we spend it with our family as we don't really want to hurt anyone's feelings. New Year, however, is different. New Year we please ourselves. This year we went to Dyvig Badehotel in the southern part of Denmark, near Sonderborg. This is a favourite location for the Wallace clan. It is not too far to drive, they take dogs, the hotel is in a great location and the food is truly spectacular.
